Let's face it, a lot of consultants are full of shit. Sure, many are not doing anything maliciously, but they often make promises they cannot keep. Although a consultant needs to sell their skills, they do not need to do it in a way that is disingenuous or oversells. A consultant should listen to your needs and try to address them the best they can without over-promising.

The goal of Repete Consulting is to help small businesses be successful. We are not here to tell you we will increase your profits or fix your employee issues overnight. We are here to work with you to help you solve your complex business problems. So, take a look at our website and explore our services. If you think we might be a good fit for you and your company, schedule a Meet & Greet, and let's see if we can work together.

The Story of Repete
The picture on the left is Brian Peters Sr. At 18, he ran off and became an electrician in the Navy, where he earned the nickname Pete. About three years later, while stationed in Brooklyn, NY, he met his future wife. They married shortly after meeting, and Brian Peters Jr. was born about nine months later. Since Brian Jr. was the firstborn, Pete's Navy buddies called him Repete!

In April 2021, Brian Sr. died in a jeep accident in Moab, UT. It was a devasting loss. Those that knew him knew that he had a good heart and was willing to help those in need. He knew Brian Jr. wanted to start a consulting company to help businesses and those in them be their best. Although Brian Jr. never used the nickname "Repete," using it for the company names seemed like a good way to honor a great man!
What We Offer

Leadership Coaching
CliftonStrengths Implementation
Business Consulting
Coaching provides an opportunity to discuss struggles, bounce ideas off someone, or simply vent. As a coach, our job is not to tell you how to do something or what you should do, it is to listen and help you find the answers you need. The coaching relationship is flexible and can accommodate your needs. Whether you are looking to meet with someone weekly or monthly, we will make sure you get the most out of coaching.

CliftonStrengths was launched in 1999 and has since been taken by nearly 30 million people. The assessment uses 177 questions to categorize your talents into 34 themes within 4 domains. Understanding strengths allows you to understand what makes you uniquely you and allows you to be your best self. We can also use strengths to help teams be their best and create a culture that focuses on what is right with people rather than what is wrong with them.

Business is hard and sometimes a different perspective can help you break through persistent issues. From helping provide structure to innovative ideas, business consulting can help you. We have experienced successes and failures, and we have learned from both. We want to take what we have learned to help your small business.

HR Support
Getting HR issues wrong can be devasting to organizations. Often small companies do not have the resources to have a full-time HR manager on payroll, we can help. We have experience managing HR for multi-state employers with expertise in employee and labor relations. Let us help you manage your complex HR situations.
Projects
Whether it is reviewing your handbook, writing policies, or implementing a business operating system, we can help. The benefit of hiring us on a per-project basis is you will receive a discount on our hourly rate and we absorb the cost if we go over the hours we projected (assuming you stay within the scope of work).
Ongoing Support
We know that some companies need ongoing support so we offer monthly plans that provide a set number of hours for a monthly fee. All monthly plans come with a 3-month commitment but are billed monthly.
