ABOUT BRIAN

This is Brian (and Lincoln), the owner and Principal Consultant for Repete Consulting. He is passionate about helping people and uses his experience in HR and business to do so. When he began his college journey, he wanted to be a clinical psychologist working in addiction, but after helping run a youth alcohol and drug prevention program, he realized that working in that world was too emotionally draining for him. He shifted his focus to industrial-organizational psychology, which allowed him to pursue his interest in business and psychology while helping people where they spend a significant portion of their life, the workplace. 

Brian has over 15 years of business experience that ranges from managing a team to owning his own company and eight years of HR experience with a primary focus on employee and labor relations. In addition to his experience, he has an MS in Psychology with an emphasis on Industrial-Organizational Psychology, is currently a Ph.D. candidate for the same specialization with research focused on employee engagement, has a SHRM-SCP certification, a SHRM CA micro-credential, a Leadership Development and Succession Strategist certification, and a Strengths Communicator certification.
