CliftonStrengths was launched in 1999 and has since been taken by nearly 30 million people. The assessment uses 177 questions to categorize your talents into 34 themes within 4 domains. Understanding strengths allows you to understand what makes you uniquely you and allows you to be your best self. We can also use strengths to help teams be their best and create a culture that focuses on what is right with people rather than what is wrong with them. The hourly rate does not include the cost of the assessment. Discounts are available for longterm engagement or working with an entire team.
